The Office of General Affairs provides a wide range of services in accordance with  guidelines for university development and budgetary planning from general services and management,

cashier service, property management, construction and maintenance service to procurement services. It is also in charge of campus improvement projects and security management.

The office is headed by Dean of General Affairs who supervises general services provided across the campus. Currently Chu, Chin-chih Associate Professor is serving as Dean. 

The Office of General Affairs is divided into four sections, the General Affairs Section ,the Cashier Section , the Property Management Section and Security Brigade.

All the staff members of the Department of General Affairs serve faculty, staff, and students with enthusiasm, efficiency and quality performance.
